Buyer Beware. You CAN NOT cancel policies once you have one. You’re trapped until you have your bank stop payment . You’ll be on hold for hours and if you “contact us” via email they send you a phone number to a scam operation in India.

DO NOT sign on to this company !! I Paid $185 . 00 to only have my policy cancelled on me because I didn’t verify my address. I paid so much money trying to just have an SR -22 to get my license reinstate … this company is predatory and exploitative and does the opposite of making you “breathe easy “ I would give negative stars if I could . This company is a scam and provides nothing but a head ache and a huge gap in your wallet.

This insurance company does not have any customer service. I recently called prior to my due date and the automatic payment on my account and I was told that I’d be charged $50 to cancel my check she also the representative said to me I’m doing you a favor by telling you what you need to do. I would never recommend this insurance company the customer service is horrible and whoever answers the phone is very rude and she should be not in the position she’s in.
