I just had to take a minute to celebrate the wonderful service we have received over the past 7 years. Diana Lockmiller is fantastic and she has an awesome staff. She took it upon herself to make sure I got to talk with the right people and made sure the person on my case was communicating properly, I would have had to keep going in person if Jerry hadn't kindly taken it upon herself. I recently swapped over to State Farm and it was truly seamless. I walked into this location and was immediately greeted with a warm hello from everyone. I was promptly assisted by Cole McBride and he was open ears, ready to help. He clarified all my questions and concerns. Cole was very personable, and professional. He didn’t try to haggle me into anything crazy, or something I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I highly recommend Cole. He is truly superb.
