I called this company and spoke to Megan because I was referred by the person I bought my building from.
She was willing to try to help me solve my problem, and let me know that it did not require a visit from her that there were a couple of things I could try 1st.
I was incredibly pleased and I would absolutely recommend these folks to anybody. A very pleasant phone call thank you so much.

Horrible service, never shows up on time, tons of excuseses, rude, she gave us attitude because we wanted to know when she would be there after she failed to show up the day she said. We ended up going with a company in Marcellus, they came on time, treated us great and beat the price given by McComacks. Avoid these people, they are shady.
