READ THIS IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN: I had a very costly & difficult experience with my Allstate Homeowners Ins that left me with a damaged leaky roof that never merited a call back from Bo Cochran, although I called multiple times & left a message for him to call me to no avail. The first problem was that I filed two separate storm damage claims on the app; one for for the fence and one for my roof. I was told by Allstate, home office that the fence and roof damage should have been filed under one claim. I asked how to make it one claim & was finally told after conversations with IT and many others that since numbers were assigned to the two claims that it was unchangable. I asked to have the claim looked at by another adjuster @ a later date & they assigned a number to this request. ALL CLAIMS WERE DENIED AND HERE'S THE PUNCHLINE. I SHOULD HAVE HAD ONE CLAIM THAT WAS RELATED TO THE ONE STORM PER ALLSTATE AND I HAVE 3 MAJOR CLAIMS, 2 OF WHICH SHOULD NOT BE CLAIMS. EVERY OTHER INSURANCE CO WILL NOT ACCEPT ME BECAUSE I HAVE 3 CLAIMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ONE AND ALLSTATE HOME OFFICE AFTER 15 CALLS TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS, SAYS THE FACT THERE ARE 3 CLAIMS VERSUS 1 CANNOT BE CHANGED. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY CLAIM BY PHONE & REQUIRED ME TO USE THE APP. IN OTHER WORDS, NOT ONLY DO I SIT HERE WITH A DAMAGED ROOF THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY ALLSTATE, NO OTHER INSURANCE WITH COVER MY HOUSE DUE TO 3 CATASTROPHIC CLAIMS. AS A SINGLE SR CITIZEN, I PLAN TO GO TO THE LOCAL NEWS STATION TO ADDRESS THIS AS WELL AS TO AARP & REQUEST NEWS COVERAGE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO WARN OTHERS NOT TO USE ALLSTATE NOR BO COCHRANS AGENCY. ROOFERS ALL SAY ALLSTATE IS THE WORST HOMEOWNERS THERE IS. ALLSTATE IS UNMERCIFUL TO SR CITIZENS.

If you're looking for a laughably bad insurance experience, look no further than Bo Cochran: Allstate Insurance in Huntsville. It's almost like they strive to be the worst – and boy, do they excel at it!

First off, let’s talk about the email invasion. Their employee, Beth Lambrecht, must have a PhD in spamming because my inbox has never seen such relentless pursuit. I half expect to find her emails in my spam folder competing with Nigerian princes for attention. Beth's emails are so frequent, I’ve started seeing her name in my dreams – and trust me, they’re not pleasant ones.

Beth isn’t just persistent; she’s also astonishingly rude. Her customer service skills are on par with a grumpy cat. It’s like she’s trying to win an award for being the most unpleasant person you’ve ever interacted with. And understanding insurance? Ha! Beth probably thinks a 'claim' is what you shout when you’ve won bingo. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s still trying to figure out the difference between car insurance and car fresheners.

And let's not forget, Allstate itself doesn’t have the best reputation in the insurance world. But this particular firm? They’ve taken the cake, the icing, and the cake stand for being the absolute worst. It’s almost impressive how they’ve managed to outdo other Allstate offices in sheer incompetence. Winning the title of "Worst Allstate Office" is no easy feat, yet here they are, standing tall with their dubious honor.

In conclusion, if you value your sanity, your inbox, and your general well-being, avoid Bo Cochran: Allstate Insurance like the plague. If there were a Guinness World Record for worst insurance experience, these folks would be shoo-ins.

Like some other reviewers, I am a longtime Allstate policy holder that was placed under Bo Cochran after the Craig Wiggins Agency closed. After a severe storm, I immediately called only to find that nobody would answer the phone no matter what time I called or how many voice messages I left.

The process of getting the damage to my home covered by Allstate has been an absolute nightmare, and the Cochran agency has been absolutely zero help.

The majority of the good reviews for this agent seem to be the result of some sort of promotion.

Look elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Like most people really never paid attention.

Went online an got a call almost immediately from Bo Cochrane Agency. They gave my case to Sierra in their office. Truly amazed she got everything done within 24hrs. Bank paid Allstate not old company. She handled everything a few calls and emails from me while in Sicily. Saving $1500!!!

TRUST THIS AGENCY. TRUST SIERRA. THEY CARE!!!! (and they are really nice people) And pay attention to your homeowners on renewal.

Wait till you have a claim on your home! Your review will not be good. I have been told by several contractors that Allstate does there best to not pay claims. Bo does not talk to his customers anymore. I was told he does not even come into the office much anymore. I sent an email to Bo and got a response from someone else. If it is true that he pays for good reviews, beware!!! I switch to a different company, one that actually let's me talk to the person who's name is on the door!
