Terrible handling of University Health Plans. They refuse to give students refunds past waiver deadlines. If you buy but never use their insurance, they refuse to refund. If your state insurance provider approves your insurance late, they refuse to refund or give an extended waiver. This is definitely an organization I would not work with.
