My home was flooded out while I was away due to a broken water pipe above the ceiling that ran undetected for three days. I flew home and found the house to be devastated by the water. I contacted my insurance company immediately but was unable to obtain remediation services due to the volume of incidents in the region. The extent of the damage was massive and I needed assistance in getting the insurance company to be more responsive as I was without any place to reside. A friend had recommended Gentili & Rossini as a company that would fully document the damage represent my interests, locate temporary housing, and return me to my home. I was totally impressed with the high level of their professional services, their technical expertise, and the guidance they to me each step of the way as they assumed the initiative. They performed an intricate assessment of every item in the home impacted by the damage and provided an unassailable cost estimate to the Insurance provider. Upon seeing the destruction, I was initially overwhelmed by what the process would be to recover from it. After having engaged this highly capable group I was able to rest easier as I was carefully assured that my critical interests were being attended to. I highly recommend them to anyone who has sustained property damage and is in need of the extremely competent services that they provide. They are life savers.

We worked closing with Bob and Don. This was our first homes owner claim and was not sure we were getting the appropriate payout amount from our insurance company. We contacted Gentili + Rossini Associates And I couldn’t have been happier. I am one to easily get overwhelmed and honestly ask the same questions several time, the whole team answered all my questions which extreme patience and knowledge. We received well more than our insurance company would babe given us and the best part I didn’t have to do anything. Don and Bob always kept up updated even if it was to tell us they haven’t heard an update yet. Forever thankful for Gentili + Rossini Associates service and hopefully I will never need them again but if I do I won’t hesitate to call them. Thank you again for everything!!

Gentili & Associates was my third call during our fire, 911, my brother in law and Bob Rossini from Gentili & Associates being the third. 12 hours later a full team of restoration folks were at my house. Bob and Amy handled my claim responsively and diligently. My family and I were displaced and they handed the relocation with the insurance company as well. Not an easy process to navigate. Very thankful, grateful and appreciative. Highly recommend for personal and real property fire for flood losses.

Bob & team at Gentili + Rossini are absolute lifesavers! Having to file a claim with your insurance can obviously be a very stressful thing, and when you are not too familiar with the ins and out of what to do and what not to do, it can all feel very overwhelming. So when I say that Gentili + Rossini are lifesavers I truly mean it! They handled absolutely everything from start to finish without pause, were extremely professional and communicative, and without question helped us get the maximum relief for our claim! It's been 2 years now since a fire destroyed our home and we are still so grateful for the efforts of Andrew, Amy and Bob for recovering as much as they did from our insurance company.
