Just spoke w/ Farmers Claims and if anyone needs a reason to tell people how amazing Farmers is, I'm just gonna say, I have never felt so reassured about our lawsuit then I have anything. We were hit by a driver and they are suing us. Makes no sense but that's what is happening. The claims guy is very informative and Farmers is taking the best care of us. Though its really gone nowhere as they have not received any documents from the other party, they have so many plans in place and he took the time to answer all my questions and explain their plan of action. I am so happy that I had farmers when this occurred. Just in case someone asks why farmers. this is why because they take care of you when its needed most. And Rob and his team have just been the best taking care of me as well. I cant say it enough, I will never switch from Farmers.

Robert Barke took over for my previous insurance agent who was fantastic. He never bothered to check in, have a conversation, or get to know us as customers. I called him to insure an old pickup that I bought in Iowa- He was nice enough and got the policy all set up and I was good to go. But I wasn't. I trailered the truck home, drove it around some and then when I went to register the truck I pulled up my insurance card on my phone and there wasn't one. I called and I finally got a response- He didn't get the policy set up for what ever reason. He never bothered to call me to tell me. I am changing agents and should have done it sooner.

Terrible follow up. He absolutely would not call us back when we had hail damage, I actually had to call my past agent who I loved but had moved on. He actually helped me find a path to getting my claim handled. Farmers Insurance Co is fine, this agent, only good for selling but forget about it if you have a claim.

My wife came across this company when we first moved to Colorado. We were purchasing a new car as well as a motorhome. The entire process couldn’t have been easier. Every time we need to change or add something they have done it and answered all our questions. Even when my wife has called in a panic he has calmed her down and been able to help her with whatever issue we had going on. He reviewed our policy to ensure that we were fully covered since we live in our motorhome full time and we were very appreciative considering our old policy lacked the kind of coverage we truly needed. If it wasn’t for him taking time out of his busy day to review that, had something happened we would have been screwed. I’m thankful for the personal one on one touches that a lot of agencies lack. Would def recommend this agency, you won’t go anywhere else!!!

Farmer’s Insurance has taken care of quite a few issues I have had dealing with theft and other things. It was a hard year. However any time I called Donovan Solano he was quick, knowledgeable, kind and definitely helped me feel at ease!!
