I have been a Nationwide customer for over 20 years. I was referred to this agency when we moved to Colorado in 2016. Since then the agent has changed multiple times with limited interaction. This past week my policy updated and it went up over hundred dollars. I called the agency to inquire since the Nationwide website was just AI chatbots. The agent told me wasn’t able to answer my question because he was going out of town and said he call me next week. Horrid customer service all around. Buyer beware!

There has never been a time when I was not satisfied with their excellent customer service delivered and executed in times of peril, loss and heartache. The Leeper Insurance Agency will stop at nothing and will make an indemnified effort to assure that the insured can recover from any loss. In fact, they were more than helpful in making sure my new roof, windows on my vehicle and hail damage around my property were replaced in a timely fashion. I signed up with Leeper about 10 years ago. I have been paying about $700 for 6 months of coverage. I called Progressive directly today, because I moved to a new state. They also updated some other information. My premium dropped to about $220. If Leeper would have taken the time to call me just once a year to update my info, I probably would have saved thousands of dollars...
