Steve Basler uses a telemarketing company that spams your cell phone, even though I am on the Do Not Call Registry.
I spoke with Steve, and he said it is not his responsibility to control how a third party operates, even though he is using that service to generate leads for extended warranty policies.
Steve did call me back to request I change my review, indicating that they do not sell extended warranties, only insurance products. However, the person that called from the telemarketing company said it was for an extended warranty.
