The single worst experience with an insurance agent ever, I don't understand how they have good reviews.

Marcus had ok communication initially, then started responding less and less until he went completely unresponsive. And that's WHILE WE WERE A CLIENT OF HIS. Highly recommend finding an alternate broker that cares about their clients and provides quality service... especially after they've locked you into policies. Don't take the risk with Marcus.

So glad we switched! My husband and I were unhappy with our previous umbrella policy. When we bought a new home it was the perfect opportunity to see what else was out there. We were referred to Marcus. Marcus worked with us to create our insurance package. Marcus was very timely with getting all of our paperwork together and he helped us safe several hundred dollars a year. We found Marcus to be very responsive, accountable, and quite knowledgeable. Plus, he is a great guy! Highly recommend!
