My agent had left this company and the owners son came in to speak to me. He seemed like a nice guy. He sent me the policy and I asked to speak to him about it. He had 500ish for Cyber and 800 for Inland marine. These were things I didnt think I needed and asked if he would remove. He said he was only offering me the policy "as is". I told him I would consider that and let him know. Apparently no one speaks to him like that since his dad owns the company and he cancelled our policy. What a joke.

Similar experiences with other reviewers here. Michael is a very rude person and thinks he knows it all. He communicates poorly and should not be in business if he hates customers that much. I hope he finds joy in life and be more pleasant to others.

I took out life insurance for my granddaughter several years ago when she was about 8 years old. She is now 19, our rate has never changed and when she is finished with college and on her own she will continue to make the same payment the rest of her life and earn $ for loans if she needs it.

We also use Bradley for assistance with our Workman's Comp.

Personally and through our business we have been very pleased with the customer service we receive from Bradley Insurance Group.

After answering a series of questions from Michael, and explaining that I’m looking for the least expensive option for general liability insurance for a brand new business, I was told that Bradley was not a good fit and was hung up on. I tried to ask why, and explained that I have had businesses for 15 years and own a commercial building so I am not new to insurance but looking for the right fit and supplying answer to his questions, Michael abruptly said they were not interested, wouldn’t explain why, and told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. Looking at the Yelp reviews, I can see why. Take your money elsewhere to someone local who is willing to answer questions and be professional.
