Henry and team have been handling my insurance needs (home, auto, and life) for over 10 years. Like many, I was with a branded firm for a while, and had what I thought were decent rates. But, loyalty is a two-way street and when rate-hikes happen there's no one else to run to when you don't have a broker. Red Rock has connections with MANY insurance companies and are able to shop around, find the best fit for their customer, and secure AMAZING rates. I have had probably a dozen friends join the Red Rock family and NO ONE was let down. Give them a try, I know its hard to leave the place you've been for so long but to save money and have a solution that fits you like a glove is worth it. Red Rock makes it so easy as well. Customer for life!

We have been extremely pleased with Red Rock Insurance since switching from AllState (which we had over 20yrs). Red Rock was a few dollars higher on our homeowners insurance, but nearly cut our auto insurance bill in half from what we were paying. Unfortunately, we have had a few claims since switching (car accident, storm damage to home, and car vs deer) but Red Rock handled each claim quickly and thoroughly, keeping us informed each step of the way. It's nice to have an agent that we can actually talk to, instead of an automated phone system. We couldn't be happier with Red Rock, and will continue to recommend them, as we have many times already.

Red Rock is great. They are very responsive and easy to work with, not to mention giving great rates! I have had no hesitations with referring Natalie and Henry, as I know they will take care of anyone, regardless of how complex their needs might be. So glad to know I am taken care of and have the best in the business.

Red Rock was so helpful to me! They set up all my insurance policies for my new home and car with ease. They found me the best prices and took all the work of shopping around for insurance out of my busy hands. I definitely recommend their services! Natalie went out of her way to work extra hard for me for a home with tricky coverage problems. I can't say enough nice things about her or the service she provided me with.

I could copy and paste Shunte Moore's review because my experience is pretty much what she said. When I started with Red Rock Natalie was there and I felt like I had an agent, but now when I call most times the phone does not even ring, it just disconnects! Hard to reach, and slow or not response is the new normal at Red Rock. I'm looking elsewhere - there has to be more customer friendly insurance agencies out there.

My experience with Redrock was great. I told Charlie what I was looking for and a few days later he got back with me with a quote that had great coverage at a price I was very happy with. I was closing on my house and he took care of getting all of the info to my lender. It was a pain-free process, 5 stars!

I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from Henry, Natalie and Maria at Red Rock. I like that it is an independent agency and can find the companies that have the products I need at the best price. They saved me a lot of money over my old one company for all products.
