We have had American Family Insurance/Brett Champine as our insurance company and agent for many years. They insure us for all of our needs: car/house/umbrella/personal property. Brett and Monica are a great team and they are always available for questions and to explain any questions and rate increases over the years. Where we did have an insurance claim for a refrigerator that leaked and ruined our wood floors, there was never a hesitation or question for our claim and the remedial work was very quickly undertaken. In summary, we would not consider any other insurance company or agent and the testament for their great reputation in the area is that people, like ourselves, seem to never change insurers. FYI, we received no benefit or consideration for this review which is an honest assessment.

I have been a very satisfied customer of American Family Insurance for many years and specifically want to give a shout out to Melanie Penfield at Brett Champine’s office. Even though she was swamped with hail claims from a recent horrible storm, she took care of my concerns in a timely fashion and made sure that all of my issues were resolved satisfactorily and quite pleasantly!
She even made me aware of a discount on my car insurance that I had not even known was an option!

Melanie at American family has done such a wonderful job with our insurance policies she has gone though multiple different policies with us and has always been very responsive. I did a pretty comprehensive study of all of the insurance companies in evergreen and the only one who came close was Michelle Vargas but at the suggestion of our previous broker they advised us American Family has the best protection for our assets. Thank you for all your help and answering my annoying questions.

This office has been incredible throughout my entire time with them. We have 4 children, 9 vehicles, and a home that has been covered since forever.
