My family was insurance customers here (home and auto) for 20 years. Recently had to remove a person from the auto policy (college kid going to school). Agent said it was no problem. However, a few months later we got a letter from our insurance company notifying us our insurance was canceled due to a block put on the account. Called here to see the issue - agent said it wasn’t possible to continue the policy with removing the person (although they previously said it was no problem). Called the insurance company, and even after being a customer for 20 years, said they couldn’t do anything and we had to go through our agent. This agent was completely unhelpful and rude when trying to reinstate the policy and fix the issue. Completely unwilling and unable to help a customer of 20 YEARS that had no previous problems. Only wish we had known about their terrible customer service sooner so that they couldn’t have earned money from our premiums. Find another agent - there’s a million out there. [Update after their response]: The insurance company was eventually able to solve the problem for us and switch to a different agent. It was not our insurance company's fault
