When I was told there were no rental cars available until more than a week later, Charlie helped me get a rental in 2 days. If you ever wonder whether or not you should get roadside assistance with your vehicle policy, listen to this. Last July our motorhome broke down outside Douglas, WY, on a Saturday evening. I called the Safeco roadside assistance phone number. The operators found a tow company out of Casper, who sent two trucks, a giant diesel wrecker to tow the motorhome and another truck to tow the motorcycle trailer I was towing. They got us into Casper at midnight and dropped us off at a repair shop they used for their trucks, which was still open. It would have cost me $1100 to get off the highway if I hadn't had roadside assistance. Thanks to Safeco and Cockriel Insurance, I didn't have to pay a dime.
