Although I've used this agency on my condo since I bought it but this year no more the agent that prepared my quote named Jim was arrogant rude and unprofessional the first time I spoke to him he told me "I'm not selling anything" he tried to quote me a rate that was 51% increase over last year when I when I pointed out that the average increase for condo insurance in denver 2024 vs 2025 is less than 8% he became upset and just dismissed me saying that's the best we can do period then he said I'll take you off the list. Pretty sure the owners would not approve treating loyal customers like that.

This place is the worst do not sign up with them because you will never be able to get rid of them. I have been trying to cancel my insurance with them for over a year and I’ve not been successful. They do not answer the phone and they do not do what they say they are going to do if you do get a hold of them. We have sent them over a form to sign so that we can use our own agent and they still have not done it. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible customer service, I got charged almost $300 after I canceled my policy because they claimed my new policy started earlier than the date I was paying, if that were the case I would have been the full amount when I paid my bill but it wasn't until I canceled they told me I still owed, don't use this company or safeco.

This company is Horrible scammers DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. CANCEL YOUR POLICY AND GO TO A CERTIFIED INSURANCE AGENT WHO WILL ANSWER AND RESPOND. You have to file a complaint here National Association of Insurance Commissioners I did and they said I wasn't the first. They scam won't make it to much longer. Abort ship before it sinks.

If I could give less than one star I would. They are horrible to get a hold of. They NEVER answer the phone!!! I have left 14 voice messages in four days and no call back!!!! Time to find another insurance carrier.....
