We had an opportunity to work alongside Spartan Claims Resources while the Homeowners hired us for their water mitigation services. Neil and Kirby provide a high level of service explaining the homeowner policy - Coverage A (Building), Coverage B (Personal Property), Coverage C (Additional Living Expenses) and expectations in an unexpected situation.
Insurance companies can be difficult sometimes, this is where Neil saved the Homeowner’s day due to his wealth of knowledge and information in handling insurance claims for more than 20 years. Neil previously had been a catastrophe adjuster and a claim specialist adjuster locally in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Neil and his team stepped in after months of me fighting with my insurance company. After my claim was denied, I found Neil and they were able to overturn my denial within 30 days. They are very competent about insurance rules and procedures, and balance relentless and profession pursuit of everything you are entitled to while negotiating with 3rd party insurance adjusters. They have a unique (these days) approach of underpromising and overdelivering. I was impressed by their constant contact with me throughout the process. Their insight is thoughtful and constructive, not just a pitch, like I have witnessed with others in the field. My claim, which was a result of severe water damage to my downstairs condominium by the upstairs unit, involved three different well known insurance carriers, all playing the "point the finger" game.
