I see the below comments, but these guys are just adjusters only. The reviews and the denials come from the insurance company that make the coverage calls. - But I totally understand their frustration, I just think its misplaced, he insurance carriers have the final call.

I had the same experience as Sarah with this inspector. I had my roof inspected for hail damage. He came out and finished his inspection. The company that helped me file the claim had circled damaged areas for easy identification. He told me he had seen hail damage before he left. The report came out stating zero hail damage.

The adjuster for this company came out to inspect my roof for hail damage. Myself, knowing I already had hail damage from a previous roofer, was told that I had no damage. They turned it into my insurance and I was denied.
After a second opinion from a different company, my claim was approved and I received a new roof. This company LIES.

Adjuster was here less than 15 minutes for lighting damage to our well
And for some reason looked at the roof then took pics of everything inside
We are in middle of remodeling
He turned in his report the same day without waiting for the estimate from water well company
And sent a lighting strike report that shows no strikes in April 21sr yet when I went to the website there were 8 within 5 miles 3 less than a mile
I turned that into the insurance company and they are returning the report
Also he said our place was a Hazzard card every where material stacked around well DUH idiot we are remodeling
