I know we don't reach out as much to them because its all done by emails and online payments but they have been the nicest. My insurance company was leaving Colorado and I had asked the Rippy agency (Susy Gomez) for a quote. I liked the numbers I saw. She was friendly and professional. I went into the office to finalize the transaction and of course there were a couple of portions of the coverage that weren't included on the quote. Following questions and answers about which portions I wanted to include, I thought the number was acceptable and I pulled the trigger. I suppose it happens with every insurance company, but I would have appreciated the missing numbers up front. This didn't take away from the friendliness and professionalism.
