Ursula is hands-on, very friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable about the products and services she handles. Today I turned on my windshield wipers and noticed a big crack across the front windshield. Don't know how it happened, just that it was there. Since I am moving, I packed all my auto/home insurance policies already. I sent Ursula a message asking about my coverage and she not only had an answer but recommendations on who to use and their phone number. If anyone needs insurance in CO, call Ursula. She always goes above and beyond and makes sure you have the best coverage and rates out there.

We were new in Colorado almost two years ago, and since the move happened very quickly I decided to just renew with my existing insurance company. When I heard that Ursula specialized in ensuring that there were no gaps or overlaps in coverage I figured what the heck! I was amazed at the items she found we were lacking! She quoted us a new policy that offered additional perks. Amazingly not only did we get extra benefits we saved close to $1200 a year just on our auto coverage!

I have had a larger company for years and I recently requested a policy review, they did not even recognize the errors in our policy nor did they really seem to have the time for my questions. Ursula blocked out time on her calendar to ensure that she had adequate time to answer ALL my questions and concerns!
