I was unfortunately hit with a flooding situation in my garage. I was quickly put in contact with this company by the restoration company. I had the opportunity to speak with Cindy that same night of the incident. At that time I didn’t know what a public adjuster was or why I would need one . I found out why immediately and realized I was blessed with Cindy. She walked me through every step of dealing with the insurance company and took the lead for me. Initially my claim was denied by the insurance company. Cindy fought back and forth with the company. She was in constant contact with me every step of the way. Our modular home in Florida received moderate damage during Hurricane Ian in September 2023. Our insurance company inspected the property and indicated that the cost for repairs did not exceed our deductible. This was clearly at odds with quotes we received from contractors to complete repairs. As a result, we contracted with Cindy Kimbrough of Strategic Claim Adjusters LLC to negotiate with our insurance company on our behalf in order obtain a fair settlement. Cindy acted quickly to obtain third party estimates of damages and begin negotiations. She was knowledgeable regarding the insurance claim process, was always available to address our concerns, and provided updates on progress along the way. As a result of her efforts, we were able to reach a settlement with our insurer that covered the cost of our repairs in full. Should we have a need for future home insurance claims, we would start by hiring Cindy to negotiate for us. We highly recommend Cindy and Strategic Claim Adjusters.
