Brian and his team have been excellent since day one. They've helped me consolidate policies, remove deficiencies in coverage, and explain exactly where my coverage limiations are due to some unique scenarios with one of my properties.

This past week I made 3 claims (2 home, 1 auto) due to hail. I've so far been impressed with the responsiveness of the carriers Brian recommended, and their willingness to pay for the claims.

Foundations' communication has always been top notch and I'd certainly recommend them to others. To me, insurance doesn't mean a whole lot until you make a claim. File 3 at once and you really learn quickly whether you've gotten what you've paid for. So far, I'd say I have.

Be advised, she will answer all your questions like counsel for the carrier. She doesn't care about you, she doesn't want to help you, she has poor customer service skills.
