Mike Taylor and his team are phenomenal! I first met Mike and his team a few years ago when I had some business needs for him to evaluate. Mike carefully reviewed all of my needs and concerns and proposed a plan that would keep our company safe and protected.

Mike did such a wonderful job with our business needs that we asked him to take a look at our personal side as well. Mike looked into a few cheap old policies that I hadn't changed in years. Needless to say, four kids and a home later my needs had evolved and Mike has given us some wise counsel and proposals that have helped my family and I feel much more secure in our coverage.

Mike Taylor and the ladies that work at his office are all awesome! We were hit with the hailstorm this past summer that destroyed the entire neighborhood. We needed roof, paint, windows, and both our cars were 'totaled'. We had no idea how the claim process worked and worried about getting taken advantage of.

Mike and his team walked us through the entire process. They always answered the phone and took the time to listen to our concerns. In the end, Mike and Farmers made sure our house got put back together. Many neighbors with "discount" insurance companies have been caught unaware and unprepared.

I highly recommend Mike and his team. Give him a chance to earn your business - he won't disappoint.

I know they don't have it together administratively and can't pull it together. I set up a policy for my rental property but then cancelled it after they could not figure out how to do a bank draw (ACH) correctly. I even sent them a voided check so they would get it right! I have never experienced any place unable to do a bank draw like this before. Mikeal Taylor's office staff said the bank draw was the only way I could pay without getting a finance charge as I offered to schedule a routine bill as well. Well, they did not cancel the policy as I requested and unbeknownst to me they turned the lapsed policy amount over to collections. I have excellent credit for a reason and it is not because of dealing with unreasonable people running business like Mikeal Taylor does. I have been doing business with insurance companies for about 40 years now and have never seen anything like this. Yes, I too would give you a zero star rating if google's review system would allow it. You have given your business another black eye and after this situation I question the integrity of Farmers insurance as well. Go find something else to do where you are not ripping people off.

Mike and his entire staff, especially commercial specialist Fara Schnurr, provided the highest quality service and support when I recently brought them an existing commercial policy for comparison and quote. Fara reviewed the requirements of our HOA's covenants, showed us where coverage was lacking in several areas; then she and Mike worked to develop a policy specifically tailored to the covenant requirements, AND within our small budget. Wow! Great service, so much different than we had experienced with another company.

Read through all of the reviews, as this is truly a horrible agency! Go Esurance! This place has the worst staff. I have had Farmers, in Oklahoma, for years and years, but this agency couldn't compare to Scott Godwin's office in Oklahoma. The women at Taylor's Farmer's Agency are very unprofessional and rude. They placed me on a speaker phone call without my knowledge, so that the two of them could laugh in the background. I explained I noticed the laughing and background noise, to which I was told it wasn't a laugh, but yes they admitted that they had put me on speakerphone. They also provided me emailed information and then tried to tell me different information; including a specific date, a few weeks later by phone. Thank goodness I kept my emails and phone calls! They also tried to prevent me from cancelling prior to my bill date and were going to just bill me anyway, because they stated they couldn't stop it. Thank you Chase Bank for putting a stop to bad customer service on Farmers Part. Anyway, I switched to E-surance through Allstate and saved over half of my monthly premium. Again, God works all things for good even through evilness.
