I worked with Laurie on procuring insurance for a new condo in Snowmass Village. Unfortunately, the transaction did not close due to a latent defect. Laurie was amazing. She took care of getting the insurance at a price that was less than half of the quote from the company from whom we get auto and home insurance. She was empathetic concerning our deal falling through and when we decided we were done with the Aspen Snowmas area she referred us to an agent in Park City to provide insurance on the ski condo we purchased there.

After over 10 claim free years.... my premiums went up so much I cancelled.. they sent me a bill for the last month... I told them I had cancelled. They said they would look into it. Next thing I know...I got a collection notice. I called again.. they said they would look into it and email me. That never happened. I finally contacted farmers directly and got it ironed out..geez
