Audrey is awesome! We got dropped by State Farm and had a small window of time to be able to get new insurance for our business. We had a lot of coverage with multiple work vehicles, two food trucks, a liquor license, and a restaurant. She explained everything to me so I fully understood what I needed. Her response time to my emails and my calls were incredible. She made me feel like I was her only client. She made everything so easy. Could not recommend them more. State Farm insurance was cheaper.. but they dropped us so we couldn't rely on them anyway.

I requested a quote for several rental properties from Patrick Frendella at Iron City Insurance Brokers. He requested a lot of information and required multiple phone calls in addition to my prior policies. He stated he would get back to me with a wholesale quote without any a clear timeline. He never provided updates on the progress despite two follow ups and eventually stopped responding. It would have been easier if he told me up front he was not interested in the business so I did not have to provide so much information up front and could have found another broker promptly.
