I have been with Mike Dowdy for over 20 years..I foolishly went to another company for a year because they were cheaper. Bad mistake. I never came close to being treated the way Mike and his staff treat me, not to mention the headache of filing a claim. Mike and his team always have my best interest in mind. They are extremely responsive and I never have had to wait or call back several times to get an answer or help. I just can't say enough good about this company. I will never leave again, and I highly recommend Mike Dowdy and his team at State Farm.

Nadine is my favorite person in Mike's office! I just got off the phone with her and she is AMAZING! She takes time to answer all my questions and listens to me. Was about to leave State Farm bc of my last agent (Austin Morgan) switched to Mike and I am very happy. Called today to make changes and Mike himself answered and helped me make changes to my policy. Let me tell this is extremely rare in the insurance industry to have the producing agent willing to help with simple policy changes. Most producers find themselves above such simple work. Extremely nice guy. Will stick with State Farm bc of him.

Mike Dowdy and State Farm just canceled my mother’s homeowner’s insurance because of too many claims. She’s had 4 claims since 1972 for hail damage. In Colorado. Where it hails. All of our insurance is through them. Or was. I will be telling whoever will listen how awful State Farm is.

This company is just the worst. Take your business and your money elsewhere.
