Apparently contracted by TD Bank. They were supposed to come and pick up my car today for a voluntary repossession. The car was moved in my driveway but not taken. I contacted the bank... they were already made aware that the car was not drivable. I'm almost convinced that someone is attempting to pull something shady. They don't answer text messages, and don't answer the phone. I'm still trying to sort this out, but my recommendation to you is I wouldn't leave anything in the car let alone keys or fobs. I definitely recommend that you be present when they come to pick up the car. I don't trust them. Take photographs of the wrecker and individuals that are coming to take it away. Cover yourself by all means.

The two women working at the front desk have disgusting attitudes. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff but these two women have no type of customer service skills whatsoever and are very incompetent.

Brad Webb owner allowed Danny Waters an employee to steal his estranged wife’s car which was paid off and then store my car at his location on Letty street in Houston. Then sent my stolen car to the auction to be sold and gave the sale proceeds to the employee Danny Waters. Unethical at its best.

This company will charge you exorbitant fees and find ways to inflate your costs. They take more than 72 hours to confirm "appointments" to pick up your property because they're "so busy," meanwhile they're simply forcing people to accrue additional storage fees. There were no other customers waiting to be serviced the entire time I was there. They managed to scam an additional $300 out of me on top of what they charged my auto lender. True scum of the Earth.

came to get my personal items from car and drop off the keys and was asking for some sort of receipt or picture of keys and the front desk lady told me once I get my stuff from car she will issue me a receipt, however after I got my stuff she said she can't give you a receipt and gave me a terrible attitude. it was not a good experience

It's sad everyone owes on something in this economy and country....to prey on peoples vehicles and take from other people's families to feed your own is just like robbing..it's sad all of my premature newborn baby medicine and car seat and machine is in my car & it's extremely complicated to get an appointment asap..it's sad everyone owes bills these days..to prey on people is horrific in these hard times .
