Awful customer service. I have been trying to get someone to respond to my emails and or phone calls for 3 months now!!! Including the Goosehead corporate company. Initially pleased with how quickly I was contacted to “sell” me the policy - shortly after my pricing was changed - Then they’re auto draw apparently doesn’t work with Wells Fargo so I got charged a late fee plus a auto return fee that—- have continued to reach out to find out why or to make changes. Run from them! Quickly trying to find a replacement - and can’t even get them on the phone to cancel my policy.
