I want to say that nobody ever wants to bury their loved ones…but when it came time for my significant other to do so, C.L. Page Mortuary made such experience a delightful one being that EVERYTHING was PROFESSIONAL from the very beginning to the very end! The staff are humble and very comforting all at the same time! C.L. Page Mortuary.. My God.. from the very first time that I spoke to Mrs Carla Page, I knew that they were going to take care of all of my family's needs. I spoke to Mrs Carla Page. She was VERY responsive and very affordable. Keep in mind that I was unsure where to start being that I live in Tampa and my dad lived in Jacksonville. Worry free and stress free thanks to C.L Page Mortuary. When I arrived one day before the service, Eugenia made me feel just as Ms Page did. They had my dad looking like he was sleeping. You couldn't even tell that my dad had on any make-up! Thanks again for EVERYTHING. Everyone involved in the service for my dad did a phenomenal job and I'm forever grateful!

Please do NOT trust your loved ones homegoing celebration with this place. They will literally get you to trust them and tell you don't worry about the price no matter how much you ask what the price is they will not tell you until the last minute. Then say you can't view your loved one until the balance is paid but yet never tell you what that is. I don't know who in the world they got actually doing the actual embalming of the bodies but they need to be fired. Our loved one looked nothing like themselves to the point where it was hard to believe it was the same person. Just stay clear of this place. Jacksonville is huge trust me no one else will do worst. Go somewhere else.

Mrs. Page and the entire staff of C. L Page Mortuary went above and beyond to get me thru the heartbreak of having to plan my mom home going service. Mrs. Page came to my home bc I could not go to the funeral home to make arrangements, bc it would have been to hard on me. Eugenia was so nice every time she called me. She gave me no less than 100% whenever I had questions, she made sure everything was great before the service. And I must say Mrs. Page did such an AMAZING job on my mother. My mother was so so beautiful. Mrs. Page did everything that I asked her to do. And when I went in to view my mom body I was so satisfied and happy. So from the absolute bottom of my heart I thank U so much Mrs. Page for exceeding my expectations on preparing my mom to be laid to rest. U made my mother the most beautiful angel in Heaven and I'm so grateful,

Poor service. They waited until the 11th hour to tell the family the entire balance of the funeral had to be paid in full or no viewing or funeral service. I understand payment in full prior to services rendered but waiting till an hour before the scheduled viewing was very inconsiderate. To add insult to this already sorrowful event, they would not allow us to see our loved one until the funeral was paid. The family paid the services in full and still had to wait until all paid receipts were itemized and tallied showing a zero balance prior to allowing the family to see our loved one. We felt they held our loved one hostage until payment in full was made. No sympathy what-so-ever. My guess had they filed the claim for 5% of the policy maybe it would not have been an issue. Shame on them!!!
