Please believe me. Im not writing this review out of spite. Im writing this review to save you the hassle and time of dealing with a unprofessional company. I could list the many issues I've had with Austin Morgan but the only one that should really matter to you as a consumer is his inability to follow thru. He will not watch out for you and does not have your best interest at hand. Finally got a hold of someone at corporate and they mentioned I'm not the only one with a formal complaint on this Turkey. Shop around or use a different State Farm agent at all costs. Clown car company!!!!! I beg you for your own good to go to a different agent. You'd be better off hiring Goofy.

Wanted to take a moment to rave about Austin and his team. I am definitely one of those insurance customers that won't hesitate to start shopping around and leave my provider once I start seeing increases that can't be easily explained. I was a little hesitant when I first started getting quotes from the larger providers. My brother recommended Austin to me and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and quickly dispelled my preconceived notions of a larger firm agent. He really took the time to ask about what I was looking for and recommended only products that I needed and definitely took the extra time to seek out any opportunities for discount and savings. I hold my home and auto insurance through Austin Morgan and have been a very satisfied client for several years now. If and when there are changes, he is extremely responsive and explains things in a very matter of fact and down to earth way. I truly feel like I have a local advocate and partner for all of my insurance needs. I would recommend Austin to anyone!

This office has been nothing but helpful, informative and reassuring during past 5 years of working with Austin. My circumstances were complicated, but Austin was able to simplify the chaos, with a perfect outcome. Prior to my 5 years, my father used Austin as his agent after Bill Moore retired and also had NO complaints. Of course, Austin has my business for both auto and home. His staff is equally as welcoming and efficient!!

Austin Morgan was very responsive to my questions and made it easy for me to get my home owners insurance policy and car insurance policy moved over to State Farm.

Austin is personable and easy to speak to. Austin was also able to save me hundreds of dollars from the previous companies I had my insurance policies with. Their bundling program is fantastic!
