Greg, Dan, Pat, and Kim all are the best. For my home insurance claim they had 2 people come out to appraise the condition, and scrutinized all my receipts and communications I had with my insurance company. I was very pleased at the end with what my insurance company “awarded” me. I am so happy I contacted TPC and they handled my claim. I feel that they went over and above everything, and things I would never have thought of. We had what seemed to be a small leak in our kitchen. Our insurance was just going to replace the bottom of our cabinets. Anthony Barber came over and explained that there was mold underneath. To make a long story short. Anthony got us a new kitchen. I would highly recommend Anthony Barber if you have any damage to your home. He is fantastic.

But the People's Choice employees are very knowledgable about the Florida laws and how to properly calculate the cost of the repairs. He took over everything that needed to be done with my insurance company. Any time I got a call or had a problem with them, he handled it. I had to replace my entire roof after Hurricane Wilma and had great difficulty getting a fair settlement from my insurance company. I said I would never deal directly with an insurance company again (nor did I expect I would ever have to do so). Surprisingly, however, I had a roof failure for unknown reasons which resulted in water damage to 3 rooms of my house. I called Pat Goins on a recommendation from a friend and he came the next day to assess my damage. He immediately arranged with a water mitigation company to place a tarp on my roof to stop any additional leaks and damage, remove all damaged drywalls and ceilings, and put me in contact with companies to do a mold assessment and ductwork cleaning. I had no out of pocket expenses related to any of these services.

Pat worked very diligently on my behalf and is highly professional and detail oriented. He provided excellent guidance every step of the way. My insurance company was intransigent and difficult to deal with and It took 6 months to reach a settlement. Pat counseled me throughout the process to just be patient and assured me we would ultimately reach an agreeable settlement. He delivered on his promise! I received a settlement that covered the entire cost to replace my roof and repair all the internal damages to my home. Pat took care of all communications with my insurance company which made everything hassle free for me. I can’t thank Pat and The People’s Choice enough for everything they did.

I had an insurance claim and wasn't sure what to do. I called The People's Choice Public Adjuster. Jason and Pat came to my property within 24 hours and did an inspection of the damage. Within a few days they had the insurance representative here and a settlement just a short three weeks later. I do believe that without the help of this company, Jason and Pat, I may not have gotten a settlement and definitely would not have gotten it as swiftly as I did. I would like to add that Jason (and everyone I dealt with at The People's Choice) were professional yet friendly and very, very helpful. They were always available to answer any questions I may have had, making what started as an unpleasant experience turn into something much easier to deal with than had I handled it alone.
