Who can even claim that these days! Your are never to made feel like a number here. These are real humans who are kind, very helpful and informative always. They know what's happening and give you the best advantages that are available to you. They aim to make your insurance experiences as easy as possible. We love them!

I just wanted to post here about the whole group at One Street, and in particular Austyn. I was at the DMV yesterday in an emergency situation where I needed information from Austin right away. The elapsed time from the first phone call to having the document that I needed was less than five minutes! Are you kidding me? That kind of customer service is unheard of these days. The knowledge, service and support offered by one street insurance is the reason that I have had them take care of all of my insurance for the last 20 years. Nice job guys!

Called to get insurance as they where recommended from someone else but all they did was tell me to call other people. Do they not sell insurance here?

I never asked for a home insurance policy, as a matter of fact I never got to ask for any kind of policy as I was just told to call someone else. They never even asked what I needed insurance for, they just told me to call elsewhere. I'm not sure how you can assess a situation and see if you can offer insurance if you don't even ask the customer calling what they need insurance for. And I was not offered help navigating anything. Whoever answered the phone just didn't want to do anything.

Updating this review in response to the owners response. I do not know what allows an insurance company to charge such an exorbitant amount through an agent and then turn around and offer me a insurance policy that is $350 a month less with better coverage 5 min later. But whatever it is. It is not okay and it needs to change. Your responsibility to your customers should be to get them the best possible insurance at the lowest cost. I am extremely disappointed that this was even possible although relieved that I was able to find insurance coverage at a price point that I could afford. I am very saddened by the way this works and again will reiterate my statement that this is a racket and that you were complacent in involving me in it. Your team may have been doing their job but they certainly were not living up to any kind of moral standard that I have for the people that I want any part of working with or giving my hard earned money too. I will be seriously reconsidering my options for insurance carriers as well as it seems that progressive is likely complacent in this type of racket as well. Again it is very very sad that this is the way that insurance companies and the agents that represent them behave.

I have had my car and homeowners insurance with One Street for over 15 years and I have had good insurance through them and helpful service until the last year. My car was stolen approximately a year ago and when I changed my insurance from that car to a new one the same age my insurance mysteriously doubled in price. I was very concerned about this and I called and asked why my insurance had changed. Nothing had changed. I had opted not to file a claim on the stolen car which was recovered about a week later and I had not had any changes to my driving record. I called and asked what was causing my insurance to be so high $350 a month on a 2007 Honda Civic. I was told that insurance premiums were just really high in Colorado at the moment. I was also mysteriously asked if my drivers license was valid. It was. Then I sold my house and called and asked them to cancel that premium. They obliged. I bought a new vehicle and when I insured that the policy was now $550 a month. Again I asked why so much no good answer. They asked me if I wanted to switch companies and lose my multi policy discount which I no longer had because I had sold my house months earlier. When my premium was set to renew they called and said they had found me a less expensive policy it was still really expensive but less. I said yes I would like to switch. Not realizing that I needed to pay two months up front when I switched my policy I called the day before to pay for it and they asked if I wanted to pay the whole amount like usual. I have never paid the whole amount so I’m not sure why that was even asked and then told that the cost would be double what I was expecting to pay that day. Thank god it was!!! I went out myself and in 15 min I had a new policy through the same insurance company for $350 less a month than I had been quoted by them. I don’t know what kind of screwed up racket you are all running but it is not okay!!! I have been paying $550 a month that’s a month for insurance through you people!!! And been told that that is just the way it is when I repeatedly asked why my insurance was so high? I don’t know about others but this is not why I would ever use an agent for insurance. I will happily spend the 15 min it took me to get my own insurance for $350 a month less then ever go through an agent again. I work hard for my money and I did not deserve to ever be treated like this. At times I struggled to pay the premium and even lapsed coverage for a few days because of it. This kind of stuff is totally unacceptable and I sincerely hope that anyone who is considering using you as an agent thinks again and that anyone who has you as an agent now consider looking into other agencies. I will be reporting you to the BBB as well. I don’t want others to get taken advantage of the way I have.
