I had a very difficult time getting this office to respond to me when I wanted to understand dramatic increases in my rates. After a very long struggle with Jayne Moffat , I finally got the details and recognized the replacement costs were far above reasonable. Jayne did not have a kind demeanor either. I really miss the prior owner and team.
