Bought a 10yr MYGA in 2022. My agent was very competent and knowledgeable. He guided me through the whole process. I took my 10% penalty free withdrawal this year without any drama. Waiting since Feb 4th to get my withdrawal. They keep saying it's in process. It doesn't take a month to ach money into an account. Aweful service, there's better places to invest.

An inherited annuity is the only reason we're dealing with this company. Awful customer service. Rude and unhelpful. Always an excuse. The paperwork they sent had multiple errors that took weeks to clear up. They also sent us someone else's account information including PII. No ability for electronic communication of any kind. They are still conducting business via snail mail and fax. Beware and avoid this company at all costs.

We were never able to get into the portal. It keeps saying "sending OTP" to the registered email, they have verified the email address with me, yet it never comes through. They refuse to let me speak with someone in IT. Yet, a 'work order' has been opened for 6 days now with still ----- no results. I have spoken to 5 Customer Service reps, 5 different phone calls and they can not get me to anyone that can help me access my account.

An annuity matured March 8th. Today is March 19th and I still have not received the check. I finally was able to reach someone and they told me the check was mailed the 12th. Why the 12th and why after a week from mailing still no check in the mail? Be forewarned! It is now March 23rd and I was told to expect nothing for another few days. They will fed-X a check, but it will take five to seven business days to send it. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Oceanview annuity portal does not work for more than a month. Nobody knows how much money they have there, because they are unable to use client portal. Surely, I cannot use portal also. Calls to customer service are totally useless. They also are unable to use portal. A message 'working quickly' to resolve problem is just funny, not to say, terrible. Looks like they do not work at all to resolve this issue.
