I have to say Kelly at Calhoun Insurance is the best (but all of the agents are). Kelly has worked with me for a long time she has access to multiple insurance agencies and can get the policy that fits your needs. They are on the corner of Pelham Rd and Douthit in Jacksonville. It's a fairly long drive for me but it's worth it.

If I could give them negative 100 stars I would. Fraud is the only word I have here. They pushed my dad to use “their contractor” to perform repairs to his building and the contractor ran away with over $40,000.00 and this company dropped my dad after he asked about business ethics practices as this insurance company pushed this contractor on him and the guy did not do the work promised and got away with over $40,000.00 . All I have to say is wow- this company needs to be investigated for its ethics practices and the employees need a refresher course on how to treat customers . Shame on you Calhoun County Insurance.

Trying to get them to do their jobs is a act of congress. You call ask for a quote 2 weeks later no response. You call back and they are at lunch. The Csr is rude and down right incompetent.
