This is a top notch agency and the people working here make all the difference. My wife and I were involved in an accident, other driver hit us. I called Andy and he contacted the other agency started the claim process even though he really didn't have to. Nice for an agency to take the extra step. Andy is a very professional and kind person. Then there is Kelly, she took it up a notch when I had a billing issue she didn't hesitate to get to the bottom of everything and get it straightened out. It has always been an absolute joy to speak with Kelly and knows she and Andy have their clients best interests in mind. This is an absolutely amazing insurance agency and highly recommend them. It is always a big plus when you call and talk with a person and not get the run around or endlessly transferred.

Guessing customer service and appreciation are only based upon how big the policy is and the dollar amount over my measly $4,000/year.

After our May 10, 2023 hail storm in Strasburg, I found out that Farmer's has a "marring" clause that I was Never told about by Michelle herself, while sitting in her office, when I transferred my existing policy from Castle Rock after that agency sold. To be pro active and avoid Any surprises- I specifically asked her if there was anything else I needed to add to my policies? She mentioned sewage backup and mold, so I added those. Again, NOTHING about the marring that definitely occurs during hail storms.

I called and left messages, never got a call, email, Nothing back.......
A person's word should be your word and Michelle..... you failed.

All my neighbors have new gutters and garage doors along with new roofs, except for my home because I put my trust in Michelle's word and trusted her when I Clearly should not have.
