We had a 10 stars out of 5 stars experience! This insurance group, and Mia in particular, did amazing work for us. We are not just customers, but raving fans now. I met with Mia for 20 minutes to initiate a search for new home and auto insurance with the hopes of saving money and possibly bundling the two together. She worked off of our current coverage levels and within 18 hours, Mia had several options for us, all of which saved us considerable money. She also was careful to give us options around using their firms' bundling allowances and to make sure we knew the timing needed to act on that. She offered us other money saving options and did a great job helping us understand the trade-offs so we could make informed decisions. We ended up with a Travelers Insurance bundle that saved us THOUSANDS. Mia accomplished this in less than three days and only needed two short conversations with me. I was so impressed with how this group supported our needs and priorities while also building a personal connection with us and treating our time valuably that I asked specifically about working with Mia again next year and got enrolled in a program that will set us up to time that conversation yearly!
