DO TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY!! I got life insurance thru them 4 years ago for myself and my family. After having another child I wanted to get her a policy as well... this is where everything went wrong. I was told several times after getting her a policy everything was "good to go" this was back in January. Since then I have gotten call after call from different agents saying no updates have been made to my policy since I originally got it... I was being charged for the changes already. After MANY, MANY calls and many different charges hitting my bank I tried to cancel due the the lack of trust I had in the company's organizational skills, or lack there of. I then called my bank to make sure they couldn't hit my account again after 2 months of fighting with American life to cancel ALL my policy's I finally got letters in the mail for the cancelations then 2 weeks later they tried to charge my bank acct again and called saying they needed payment. DO NOT TRUST AMERICAN LIFE INSURANCE WITH YOUR MONEY

Alexandra setup my policy and I couldn't be happier. I'm young, so life insurance seems a bit unnecessary..... Right? At least that's what I thought 2 years ago before I became a dad to a beatiful baby girl.

Alexandra helped me find a cost effective policy that would ensure my daughters well being if something happened to me. Small price to pay for that peace of mind.

She was easy to work with and very knowledgeable throughout the process. American income is just another insurance company - but Alexandra doesn't work for those other companies. If you want top notch customer service, ask for her.

John Lewis was the one who reached out to me to update information on my account. I figure that he was going to try and get us to re open all of our past accounts but the second he decided to put his manager on the line it was a huge lose for him. I was actually going to consider looking into and comparing once more my life insurance but his manager lacks in so many skills of professional work ethics. You don't just start yelling at someone over a video call on a Sunday morning! Trying to scare them, only the smart would look through both offers and make an educated decision. They definitely lost a customer.

I found much better coverage for half the price at NWM and called to cancel months ago. They said no problem and then charged me, called again tand now there is magic paperwork i have to do that they won't send me. Even though they will send my bills to a different adress than I have given them so they can keep trying to steal my money. These people are scam artists and not to be trusted

This place is a complete scam. They try to get as many people in the door to run their pyramid scheme for them. They claim it's a salary based job but as soon as you walk in the door you find out it's all commissioned based and you have to pay THEM to get started making money for THEM. This 'company' owes me at least $2,000 dollars in lost wages. Beware of them they crawl all over Facebook and Craigslist looking for unsuspecting victims. They are also not a Fortune 500 company like they claim they are.

I’m very disappointed with the company and their customer service and agents. One star is very generous. Last person I spoke to just did not care, No one cares and they all answer the same way. It takes them over 20 min to answer and they do not resolve the problem.
