One of the best parts with working with a broker, specifically IGD, is the personal attention you get. Phone calls are answered when you call and emails are responded to promptly. The greatest value to our family is IGD comparing rates on a yearly basis to ensure we have the best coverage at the best price. The few times we have made a claim, our representative went to bat for us with the insurance companies involved to help expedite the claim and make sure we were whole.

Dan, is great and very helpful. You never like having to call and insurance guy because that mot likely means something went wrong. That's not the case with Dan and his crew. Heck one time Kathy in his office called me out of the blue saying they had been doing a standard review and found a way to save me a good amount of money. They are very respectful and helpful every time I have needed them.
