After dealing with a burst pipe that pretty much devastated our entire basement and kitchen and given an insurance quote that wouldn’t even cover the basement. We were recommended to call Anthony Luparello at Luparello Public Adjustment Group, Inc because he’d get us what we deserved. He’s a private adjuster, a career and job I’ve never heard about. Well, best thing I ever did let me tell you.

They came over and looked at my insurance quote which was absolutely incorrect and missing so many key elements. They redid the whole price quote and pretty much said I got this. He told me it will take some time but he will take care of everything and no need to contact anyone.

First thing I noticed was that the insurance adjuster assigned to us was replaced and the case was reopened and a manager/supervisor was also assigned to double check the case. Wow! Then after well over a month, Anthony called and said it looks good Daniel and he sent me the new quote. A 135% percent increase, with a whole lot more upfront to take care of all the deposits and contractor. Wow, I was floored, especially when he sent me his bill, which to me was a small fraction of what I got. We ended up with all the money we needed to fully replace our kitchen and basement all covered thanks to Anthony. I don’t have to do anything from beginning to end. All I had to do is eventually pick a check from his office, DONE!
