West is an awesome Tax Person, I've done turbo tax, I've done hnr block, and never got back what I got with WEST... if you're in a hurry and zombie like then you probably shake your head when he asks if you have any receipts or deductions. Anything in life be prepared and aware, and don't be scared to communicate... Again West is great and won't direct you wrong.

I went to West for years and got what I thought was a good amount back. I also went on turbo tax last year and I got over 1500 more back. He never asked me about deductions. His workers do the taxes and I would much rather do my own now. I have had many family members that used him for years, and went to H&R block or turbotax and they got much more back. I would not recommend him to anyone.
