April 5th and I still don't have a W-2. They never answer the phone.

Worst squadron on base.

Expect a 2-3 hour wait time.
No one answers the phone.
They don't solve your issues after you wait 3 hours to be seen.
You have to go back again on your off day and wait another 3 hours to be seen for them to attempt to fix your problem again.

I don't know how they only work 3 days a week for 6 hours l, and when it comes to seeing customers that need help they can't even solve their issues and lose paperwork all the time. Requiring you to fill it out again and again.
