Been with this agency for a few years now and they have always had exceptional customer service. From answering calls in a timely manner and reaching back if they are busy or letting you know of policy changes and helping you understand your policies better, they are always very helpful. Big thanks to their agent Paul who is always happy to help and makes me feel like I'm a part of the family and not just another customer they have to deal with. As the owner of multiple businesses, I like to do business with good people. Good people are hard to find. With that said I want to commend Paul Nguyen. This man goes above and beyond. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for an insurance company, but this one deserves it! Year after year, they’ve had the best rates, and anytime I need something, I just call- a real person answers, and whatever I need is emailed or updated within minutes.

Most of the time, Heaven answers- she is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind! 5/5 stars.

Oh, and I even got free life insurance! Bundling my home and auto with life would lower my homeowners insurance more than the life policy costs- so it just made sense.

Did I mention how convenient it is to have everything (home, auto, life) in one place? Keeping track of multiple policies with different companies used to be such a hassle- this has been a game-changer!

Abbie's team, especially Paul, went above and beyond to secure a homeowners policy for my family under difficult circumstances (after other companies were unable to help us)!

My Littleton home was unlucky enough to have damage from two hail storms and a severe wind storm over a three-year period, and our long-time insurance company sent us a non-renewal letter. Our previous agent was unable to find a new policy for us, (which we need to maintain our mortgage!) and we were left feeling very overwhelmed and stressed.

The first time I spoke to Paul on the phone, though, I felt a little better. He reassured me that it would still be possible to get coverage and ended the call saying, "You don't have to worry about calling me. I'll call you. You don't have to think about this because I will be thinking about it for you."

Paul worked very hard for us and reached out to me with updates every few days. And he did, indeed, find us a new policy. Working with Abbie's agency has turned out to be one of the things my family is most grateful for this holiday season!

I have been with the Abbie Tanner agency of American Family for seven years for home and auto. They have always been very responsive, caring, and understanding.
