Whatever you do, DO NOT use Mike Bagley for your insurance needs. I've been a client for close to 15 years, and I've never met or heard from Mike Bagley himself. Does he exist? I honestly don't know. He has a rotating set of employees handle everything. But they don't return calls, especially if you want to cancel a policy. Their communications ranges from poor to zero. Mike Bagley has clearly checked out, and so should you.

Nicky Crow did an AMAZING job with me in transferring all insurance needs under tricky circumstances. I did a lot of shopping for insurance, and State Farm was by far the best coverage at the best price, with excellent customer service from Nicky. Thanks, Nicky, for all of your help!

Just had a claim that I filled. It would not have been covered unless Nicky Crow had recommended this specific endorsement to our coverage, along with some others that just make good sense. This small think just saved us from a $8500 bill out of pocket. Can't say enough good things about her. Also love the fact that we frequently review our coverage to make sure that it is keeping up with the increasing costs. Wonderful peace of mind. I recommend her all the time. Thanks Don

When buying a policy, no issues. Any other need, phone isn't answered and messages aren't returned. Of the ~10 state farm agents I've had over the years this one is the worst, I would avoid using them. There are too many offices out there that will go out of there way to help, Mike Bagley's office seems to go out of it's way to not help.

Thanks to the staff of this agency the claim was taken care of. Without their assistance I would have had to pay my deductible and not have a rental. Nicole listened to me and got the Claims office to listen to her and realize they were wrong. I could not get them to listen to me but they did to her. So I am very please with the agency, the repair done and the car rental all was seamless. I like the preferred services provided by State Farm, it simplifies and expedites.

Outstanding customer service over the phone today! Nicki was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She went the extra mile to look up my coverage, answer ALL my questions, and offer alternatives. (So nice not to be just handed off to claims to have them say I'd have to ask my agent.)

Mike Bagley has an outstanding agent named Nikie Crowe (I think is how she spells her name). She spent nearly two hours on the phone with me recently while reviewing all aspects of our coverage, with little notice.
She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and had no problem spending the time to go into all details on every endorsement, and coverage. I think it's rare to find an agent or employee of this caliber. Thank you Nikie and State Farm!

Have received numerous letters and calls from Iris at Mike Bagley State Farm telling us that policies are canceling, that the information given on vehicles and motorcycles is incorrect and when the correct information is given, to Iris, we get another call or letter in 6 month's stating the information is incorrect state farm needs the information again.

We had been a client of this office for a good many years, I would not recommend them for anything. They can't follow through, and lose the good help to other agencies. Had one appointment set up with Mike Bagley and had a family emergency and had to cancel. Never got a call back from him or the office to reschedule, and have never had a conversation with our actual agent. Only the staff answering the phone. I would not recommend this office for your agent.

We went with a different company and notified Mike Bagley State Farm telling them we were canceling with them, and they still withdrew the monthly payment for the next months coverages. Reached out to Mike Bagley via email and as of yet haven't heard from him.
