This is the worst case of avoidance i have ever seen. No one answers phones. They just send you to extensions that voice mails are full, and tell you that there is no other way to get thru. I have names, numbers, and times that prove my statement. It’s just terrible. Just trying to get thru IAN with some resolve. It’s tragic.

Claims are not expedited. I understand the overwhelming number of claims this year in 2020, but as a customer that pays premiums each year, I expect to receive what I pay for in a timely manner! I have sent all requested documentation for the release of loss of use funds and the company is taking their time approving the release, while my family is suffering and are on the verge of becoming homeless yet again. Insurance is supposed to prevent hardship in the face of catastrophic loss, not add to it!
