Jesus and Charles and the whole Rare Restoration team were awesome, and we're thrilled with the results! We'd had an ugly water leak across 3 levels and the garage of the townhome. They not only were meticulous in repairing all the damage, but they also came up with some inexpensive ideas that really improved the looks and functionality. May God poor out blessings and bless this company so there is not room to receive. Chris, Conner, and the Owner of this restoration company came out and repaired the broken windows and glass to our gun shop. They were one of the first people on site and made sure that the work they did was done right. We love you guys and will not forget your rapid response to help our family owned business. My heart is full of nothing but love and gratitude for helping us during this tragic time.

These guys are very professional and took great care of my belongings after a storage unit fire caused smoke damage to my unit. They worked with my insurance and me and were very patient as we both waited on the insurance. They acknowledged that I had some personal belongings with great sentimental value and took the utmost care and put in great effort to bring them back from their damaged state.
Hopefully I never have to use them again, but if I am unfortunate enough to suffer from fire/smoke/water damage again, I know who to call.

Exceptional & prompt services with good attention to detail! Jylissa, Sal & her crew are dedicated, efficient, friendly & professional. It’s been a great experience all around. Zack & Derek, the rebuild techs, are incredibly talented, knowledgeable & go above & beyond the call of duty. We had a some damaged exterior trim on a north facing large window due to hail and rain to our home. In addition, we had some ground squirrel damage to our back yard shed. Doug, the project leader, constantly communicated via text and cell calls on questions and project status. While Rare Restoration is expensive compared to other companies, the quality of the completed work and attention to detail is well worth the cost. The crew of Jesus and Charles were highly skilled, very polite and very focused on customer satisfaction. They asked for feedback on the work and when complete, cleaned up the work areas. I would definitely use Rare Restoration again!

Rare Restoration folks are fantastic. I was so glad when I connected with them to take care of my "water burst" issue in condo. They are very professional, detail oriented and I will use them again without hesitation. So grateful to have them involved.
There were many involved but Charles and Zues were just a delight to work with. Lot of details and I found them to be, so courteous, easy to discuss matters with, gave great suggestions and so pleased with having them here fixing up my home. Thank you so much !!

Great company for water cleanup and restoration! I recently had water in my basement from one of our infamous Colorado rainstorms.......Rare Restoration was on-site quickly with water vacs, fans, and de-humidifiers. Big thanks to Sal, Chris, Earl, Doug, and Phil for making this stressful issue into a manageable project!
