I cannot say enough about how great my experience with Risk Removal was. I am doing a complete reno and needed the walls taken down to the studs through the entire house as they all contained asbestos. After getting multiple quotes, I landed on them as they were a referral and also were the most reasonable in cost (by far). They did a PHENOMENAL job. They applied for the permit right away, and started almost immediately after it was granted. They completed the entire job in one week without the slightest sacrifice in quality of work. The house is clean and asbestos free. My contractor even commented on what a good job they did when he did a walk through after the work was completed. I am super happy with them, and will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

I had a great experience with Risk Removal. It was a small job and getting a quote was easy. The person that quoted it was very friendly and professional. He answered all questions and worked with me to get the proper documentation to submit to my insurance company. The work was done as quoted by a crew and was friendly and did a good job. It was difficult for us to find local, affordable help when we needed to clean out our house and yard to put our house up for sale. No one got back to us because it wasn't a big enough job or those that finally responded were months out. We contacted Risk Removal and they were extremely responsive and helpful. They took care of everything we needed quickly and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Their employees were very courteous and respectful, we were very impressed.

Asbestos removal was fine. They took more than they said they would. Many issues with damage that has not been reimbursed. Once completed, they invoiced and have not been back in touch with us since. Look for another contractor, if possible.

We're finding it hard to source professional and competent people for anything related to the construction industry at this point in Northern Colorado. Risk Removal blew us away with their responsiveness, explanations of what they did, and the quality of their work. It was like finding a gem in a dung heap. Great work and THANK YOU!!!

Called to get a quote/estimate price for an issue. I Told them that I had already got one quote from a company but that I was looking for another estimate. I'm a single older woman and have always shopped around for price and quality and fit when looking for services. The guy on the phone flat out told me that he was not interested in being the lowest bid in town. That was not what I was asking. I am asking for several opinions and estimates for my problem and thus that is why I was calling to schedule for someone to come out and take a look at my issue. Then I would be able to compare the remediation options and prices and choose the best one that would fit for my situation. The guy acted like this was some crime!

I gave one star because I was shut down right out of the gate . The message was don't call us.

The website for Risk Removal is very misleading. Fails to note that this company was recently purchased by an business man, Steven Marrow, that has absolutely NO experience with asbestosis mitigation. The office manager, Charlette, is the most difficult person to work with and is completely unreasonable in her expectations. She puts out a schedule for the week on Friday, then calls/texts everyone Sunday night with changes and is unwilling to compromise if you've made other plans. She harasses all of the employees at all hours of the night wanting to argue and bicker over her last minute schedule changes. The owner sits back and allows her to bully all of the workers by making them work 12+ hour days, 7+ days a week with no days off, and sometimes working in the middle of the night because she failed to plan for a job properly. When you put in your notice, she then takes you off the schedule and accuses you of steeling equipment, threatening to withhold your final check if you do not come to the office to do what she calls a "professional exit interview" which is her telling you how difficult YOU'VE been to work with, belittling you, and frankly wasting your time. If you use this company for your mitigation needs, plan on the job taking longer than planned and the workers being so overworked the quality of work is less than desirable. Charlette is completely incompetent when it comes to planning and she has no empathy for the men who do work she would never do, nor has any training doing.
