Extremely shady place. When canceling my policy, this agency refused to take me off the policy. I called them over and over, and no one answered. After a week of trying, I finally get someone on the phone. It was Sunil Pathak, I told him I wanted to be removed from the policy. He refused my request and told me that I'm stupid for considering leaving. He hangs up the phone and never answers my calls after that. After calling Corporate, I finally was removed from this place. If anyone considers this place as their policy owners, don't do it... This place should be shut down for that illegal stuff.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the office, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly associate Lux and smile by his knowledgeable and helpful attitude. He wrote policies for me and it was very nice of him.

I was skeptical at first since they are now under new management and ownership. I am glad I took the chance. Sunny and his team of All-State agents are very friendly and professional. I've emailed 3 times now trying to get information cleared up. I spent an evening talking on chat to lower my deductible and they only lowered the total loss and not the wind and hail (which is the one that I actually want lowered) and now I can't get a response to my email. I want everything in writing as I've had too many problems with insurance companies in the past. Why offer an email address as an option to contact if they go unanswered.
