Agent Availability
You state that you "prioritize meeting with clients" and that your team is trained to schedule appointments. However, this seems inconsistent with my experience. The supposed "owner" is virtually unreachable, raising the question of whether these responses even originate from you, Kreg Kell, or if they’re being crafted by someone like Jordan or Loriann or someone else (Highly Likely). It would be interesting to perform a computer forensics analysis to determine who is actually replying to these reviews. This would shed light on whether this office is operating with transparency or simply trying to save face.

Staff Conduct
Your attempt to paint your team as professional and courteous is laughable given the documented and recorded incidents of rudeness, hostility, and outright unprofessional behavior. For example, Loriann's hostile demeanor and Jordan’s dismissive attitude do not align with your claims of professionalism. As for the claim that your team asked me not to cuss—while I do not condone cursing in a professional setting—it is ironic that you fail to mention how their antagonistic behavior escalated the situation. Their inability to de-escalate only added to the frustration.

Paperwork and Documentation
This is where your response becomes particularly disingenuous. You claim that your office does not alter or modify official documents, yet you provided me with an "updated" copy that differs from the original communication—or, at the very least, fails to clearly meet the legal standards for providing proper notice of cancellation. By law, you are required to provide clear and timely documentation of any policy changes, including cancellations. However, I never received proper notification of my policy's cancellation, either via email or physical mail, as required. Your claims about providing me with the letter conveniently ignore this legal requirement.

Additionally, your office failed to make the relevant documents accessible through the State Farm app or system. This oversight further highlights the lack of organizational competence and compliance. Unlike your office, my new agent has already shown what competent service looks like—providing clear communication, timely updates, and accurate documentation.

The Real Issue
Let me be clear: the problem is not that my policy was canceled. The problem is that I was foolish enough to trust this office to handle my insurance needs competently and professionally. Your team's unprofessional behavior, inability to follow legal procedures, and retaliatory attitude have left me questioning the integrity of your entire operation.

The Receipts
Lastly, let me remind you that I have receipts—recorded interactions that clearly document the lies, misconduct, and lack of professionalism exhibited by your team. These recordings can and will be provided to higher-ups or legal authorities if necessary. This sudden flurry of communication from your office only underscores your desperation to cover your tracks after being caught in multiple failures.

Your response only reaffirms my decision to change agents. Unlike this office, my new agent operates with professionalism, respect, and compliance with the law—qualities your office has been sorely lacking within the past 3 years.

Nice guy, but be prepared to deal with his minions as he has two offices and has become harder to find and speak with personally. I prefer an agent I can actually talk to. I added a pricy sports car, made him an agent of record (adding commission) on my Hagerty insurance. Two weeks later, I have still not heard from him, despite his minions telling me he'd be in the office the day after my call. My email has gone unanswered.
I am disappointed. When I spend $thousands a year I don't really want to talk to minions.
