I had an issue that I felt I wasn’t properly taken care of with. They looked at my claim and were able to get me the extra money I needed to get my property fixed correctly. These people do not help, go months without speaking to me, and then when the appraisal comes out to be a negative amount, they still say that I have to pay for their services. I had a previous homeowner claim for storm damage, the insurance paid out the initial claim and then when there was additional damage found, I hired a public adjuster. They did not do their job so I fired them and hiried GFR. After 2 years, I went to appraisal and received a lower amount in the appraisal than the initial claim amount, and they said that there was nothing I could do at that point, and oh by the way, here is our bill for $1043, pay up.
